How the numbers are worked out

Revenue
What customers paid for food and drinks that day.
Tips
Happy customers tip. On a co-op day this is your share.
Expenses
Ingredients used, drinks, the rent for the place and extra costs such as a gas refill.
Profit
Revenue + tips − expenses. The morning restock is not in it, because leftover stock is used on later days.
Rating
That day’s stars, from how happy customers were. The stall rating moves a little every day.
Status
Every day you open is recorded. “Done”: traded to closing time. “Quit”: you abandoned the day, reloaded or closed the page, or left a co-op room before closing. A quit day keeps its numbers up to that moment, but its money and stock went back to that morning, so it is not counted in totals, the best day or the charts.

Where should I sell?

Open Overview → By place: the place with the highest average profit after rent is the one worth your cart. A busy place doesn’t pay if the rent is high.

Why did I lose money on a day?

Open that day in the List: many walk-outs, wrong orders or a rainy day with few customers are the usual reasons. Losing money on the first days is normal while the stall has few dishes.

Why do older days show “—”?

Days played before the game recorded events, morning shifts, deliveries and drinks don’t have those columns.
