What is Cá Viên Chiên?
Cá Viên Chiên (“fried fish balls”) is a cozy fish ball game about one of the best-loved Vietnamese street snacks. On the street carts of Saigon, fish balls, beef balls and sausages are fried to order, put on skewers and dipped in sweet chili sauce — often right outside the school gate. Here you own that street food stall, fry every piece yourself and serve every customer.
Each trading day runs from 16:00 to 22:00 in game time. Customers keep coming, peaking at the evening rush; each wants different items, quantities, sauces and drinks. Serve fast and accurately to earn tips and keep your stall rating high.
How does a day at the stall work?
Before opening: restock
Spend your cash on fish balls, beef balls and more. Buy just enough — money sitting in storage earns nothing.
Fry and flip
Tap an item on the tray to drop it in the oil. When the bottom is golden, tap to flip; when both sides are golden, tap to bag it. Leave it too long and it burns!
Sauce and drinks
Each customer wants a sauce: chili, hoisin, tamarind, mayonnaise or cheese. From day 2 you can open a drink station for kumquat tea, milk tea and herbal drink.
Serve and upgrade
Tap a customer to serve. At closing time review revenue, tips, costs and profit, then invest in the fryer, wok, seats, lights and signboard.
