Cá Viên Chiên is a free street-food stall game you play right in the browser, no download needed. Run a Saigon fried fish ball cart: drop fish balls into the oil, manage the heat, flip them golden, add the right chili or hoisin sauce and serve customers before they walk away.

Cá Viên Chiên (“fried fish balls”) is a cooking and stall-management game inspired by the fish ball carts found outside schools and along pavements across Vietnam. You run the cart: fry fish balls, beef balls, sausages, tofu, shrimp balls, spring rolls and cheese bread, pick one of five sauces and make kumquat tea, milk tea or herbal drinks. Each trading day runs from 16:00 to 22:00 in game time and builds to an evening rush. Profits go into upgrades for the fryer, wok, storage trays, seating, lights and signboard. Five story chapters and 18 regular customers with their own personalities keep every day different. The game is free, runs in phone and desktop browsers without a download or an emulator, and is available in Vietnamese and English.
